Property Preparation:
- Pool and hot tub maintenance and chemical balancing
- Restocking of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.)
- Fresh herbs and seasonal garden items (when available)
- Checking all appliances and systems
- Setting temperature controls for your arrival
- Welcome preparations
Our Standards: We use eco-friendly, low-impact cleaning products as part of our commitment to sustainability and guest health. Many guests comment on how clean and fresh the property is upon arrival.
Guest Responsibilities: We ask that you leave the property in reasonable condition:
- Run the dishwasher or wash dishes
- Take out trash to the designated bins
- Leave the beds; hang up wet towels. Starting a load of towels in the washer would be much appreciated!
- Report any damages or issues
